• Level one call handling on SRM helpdesk.
• Master Data (Materials, Vendors), and transactional data (inventory, open PO) collection, extraction, cleansing, harmonization, and transformation to load into SAP.
• User issue handling in MM, QM, ESM and SRM Hand holding of user for SRM and MM usage.
Extensive experience in setting up, and customizing master data in MM
