• Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data and their governance
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, configure, implement and support HR data, processes and technology
• Must possess strong analytical skills; work with large amounts of HR data, and use reporting & analytical technology to prepare reports, storyboards & visualizations
• Strong aptitude for learning new technology
• Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects
• Ability to work independently, including managing own workflow and deadlines, with ongoing attention to ever-changing priorities and stakeholder needs
• Ability to interface with multiple users across various departments and functional areas
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
