- Gathering requirements for new enhancement and explaining to technical ream
- Experience in handling HCM modules (Core HR, Leaves & Absence management, Talent management)
- Effective communication in this role would require an ample amount of customer interaction
- Expected techno-functional experience 2 - 4 yrs.
- Experience in preparing documents FDD, Impact & RCA related to change request, incident management
- Experience in production support
