- A sharp mind, lots of drive and some very solid peoples kills
- You will likely have a combined 2+year work experience in programming (preferably in Python)
- A Computer Science degree from a reputed university is a solid plus, though not essential.
- Superb analytical and problem solving skills (we live, breath and sleep data)
- The ability to come up with innovative and scalable solutions to day-to-day problems and suggest changes to process to improve efficiency
- A fine balance of confidence, gravitas, humility and enthusiasm
- Experience with MongoDB is a good plus
