• Manage a sub-Project group to supervise and represent a team within a large Project or program.
• Ensure project success (budgets, schedule, quality and business value)
• Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures
• Assist with project coordination, planning and management as well as early escalations
• Capture and record actual hours for all assigned project-level tasks within the project plan
• Resolve conflicts within the project and across dependent projects between resources, schedules, budgets, and priorities
