- At least 5+ years- experience as SAP functional consultant preferably in HR/SD/ FI-CO/PP/PM/ABAP
- Have proven experience in Pre-Sales works i.e. working on bid responses, proposal etc
- Ability and proven experience to manage customer accounts and stakeholders
- Have proven experience of delivering SAP projects and managing team of functional and technical consultants of at least 20 consultants
- Must haves - knowledge of Activate Methodology (preferably certification), hands-on experience in delivering SAP project using ASAP methodology
- Strong communication, confident and quality presentation skills
