Experience in support and maintenance of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects for clients across the globe
Good knowledge in configuration of EC with onboarding and recruitment
Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.
Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements
