• Conduct end user trainings - majorly for upgradation projects and refresher trainings.
• Ensure that the systems are configured as per the AMS guidelines
• Performing the role of internal system SME for the upgradation projects being executed by him/her
• Ensuring that the required project related documentation is comprehensive and updated at all times.
• Being the first point of contact for any system related issues which are highlighted by the end users.
