• Execute documented procedures and workaround steps to address common issues • Identify and proactively fix system issues through monitoring and early watch reports • Execute Disaster Recovery procedures • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams in investigating problems and provide root cause analysis during major and critical outages • Carry out deployments as part of Business Flexible Releases • Work with internal customers to understand requirements and implement configuration changes
